Confused about your level? Here is a guide to our flute levels: 

Late-beginner: 1-octave G major, and E minor scales; Play up to middle register C; 3/4 and 4/4 time signatures and simple quarter note, 8th note rhythms, and dotted rhythms.

Novice resource: G major 1 octave, E minor 1 octave or 2 octaves, and 1-octave chromatic scale; Able to play up to high D; 3/4 and 4/4 time signatures and dotted rhythms.

Developing resource: G major 2 octaves and E minor 2 octaves; 1-octave chromatic; able to play up to high G; 3/4, 4/4, and 6/8 time signatures, dotted rhythms, 16th notes;

Early-intermediate: 2 octave G major, E minor, and Chromatic scale; Able to play up to third register G; 3/4, 4/4, and 6/8 time signatures, triplets, 16th notes.
